Yes, they will fit the Rollei 3.5. I have used the same strap on all of my Rolleiflexes (three 2.8 cameras and two 3.5 models, an Automat and a T).

Well, I sprung for the luigi strap. It is beautifully made and of great quality. But, it turns out my rolleiflex, being a 2.8d, does not have the same strap mounts as most of the other rolleiflex models. Luigi refuses to respond to my email inquiries regarding a potential return or exchange... much to my dismay and now my annoyance. Not particularly professional.

So now I have to either resell the strap here at a loss or buy another rolleiflex.

Yes they will. I bought this strap and the clips are the same as the Rollei originals. I'm using this strap on a 3.5E3.

It's OK. The leather is kind of rough but the clips seem good. The leather is nowhere near the finish and quality of an original Rollei strap though. But it's unlikely to crack or break...

Check out Strapworks dot com

I gave up on buying stuff other than Stainless snake chains & now make what I need. Check out Strapworks.com (in USA). They have nylon/polyester etc (no leather) strapping a variety of widths & tons of colors. Also metal (including brass) & plastic hardware (slides, rings, Dees, clips. From the one detailed photo above it looks like you can thread a strap through the slots. I have a Mamiya 220 with their snap-on peg thing & shelled out for the OpTech thing with the specific tabs. Next time I'll just make something.

If you save your own old hardware, other than the "look" the nylon works just fine.
