Nikon 9000ED + Silverfast problem

I am baffled by the scanning results that I have. Please see the following two scans:

1. What is should look like

2. The resulted Tiff file

I have to rescan it several times to get the proper results. Any member has experienced similar problem? If you did, how did you solve it? I am new to scanning film

I think you use SRD which can result in artifacts. Switch to iSRD or shut it off.
