If I remember right the end numbers after 1s in green will work as bulb mode. I guess they were made as a reminder speed for how long you want to keep the shutter open.

I looked on my 3.5F and saw where the numbers change colours also. The green numbers are indeed your "B" setting. They are numbers for reference in the scale.
The F models have a lightmeter and you can get readings like, for example, f:22 and 4 sec, indoors. "4 sec" is of course "B" and you will have to count the seconds yourself. But, as has been said before, all green numbers can be used as "B".
A heaping large thank you to all here who responded. I've had this camera for quite a few years and wasn't aware that it didn't have a "B" on the shutter dial!
