Where to look for used framing/matting equipment

Just got what might be my first piece of new photo gear, an Epson r3000 (sorry this is a lie, got a new x100 but we didn't see eye to eye so I sold it). Anyways this thing makes beautiful prints which IMO are worthy of at least being matted. The thing is that now I'm pretty much back to being broke and getting someone else to matte for you is expensive!

So I'm wondering if there's a good place to look for used framing/matting equipment. I want to matte myself but I'll need a matte cutter. Is there any site with a classifieds section for this kind of stuff or should I just keep my eyes open on kijiji (canada's craig's list) and ebay?

The List of Craig is your best bet, a lot of us are going out of business.
