W/NW Pictures that you took during the RFF Blackout!

So I took a lot of pictures in the last week.

Thanksgiving Day, Jamestown Settlement, Virginia.

Nikkor 8.5cm F2, wide-open on the Leica M9.

C-Sonnar 50/1.5, at F4, on the Leica M8.

C-Sonnar on the M8:

I'm guessing this person thought my camera looked old-fashioned.

Last weekend and Leesylvania state Park- we had some great weather.

C-Sonnar, wide-open on the M8.

I used this lens a lot in the last week. It is spot-on at F1.5 on the M8.

Up early on Friday morning. While waiting for the coffee to be done, I stitched this one together.

8x10 inch X-ray film test

Well, not exactly 'rangefinder', but it IS what I shot this week!

This is my first 8x10 inch image in over 30 years, and also the first image on X-ray film.

CSX 8x10 inch Green Laditude film
Cambo Legend 8x10
Caltar II-N F5.6 300 MC
F22, 8 seconds, 80 ISO
D-76 full strength, 6 minutes, 68 degrees F.
Deep tanks were used.

The exposure was adjusted for the bellows factor.
The image was cropped to a 2:3 ratio.

Over the t-day holiday, I submitted to my first GAS attack in months, and bought an X10, and went shooting with that. I'm still figuring it out: it really does seem to be a camera where you need to really understand all of its oddball modes to get the most out of it. Which is sort of not what I like when shooting, but it's still an intriguing little camera.

A walk around a lake with the X10:

I didn't take this during the black out but I did process many old slides, this is from 1970-71:

I'm glad RFF is back, and I hope their aren't many members that are mad enough to leave.
