Photographic Market in Canberra, Nov.6
If any of the members are in Canberra this Sunday, Nov.6 , the camera fiesta is on at the usual place - Irish Club, Weston.
Starts 10:30, ends 14:30. Bargains auctions at 13:00.
Sydney Market a week ago was very successful, so lets hope the Canberra meeting will be good too!

Ahh, I wish I had known of the Sydney market last week!

Is there a newsletter I could sign up to to get updates on when these events are held? I always seem to find out about them either on the day or after the event!

I also didn't know the Sydney market was on! nor did any of my photographer friends... this happens every year for me, like Karl above said. it's actually quiet annoying...

The best way to know about camera markets is to look through the "Photographic Trader" which is available in every good news agency. The contact number for Sydney Market is 0425211870. May be they have a email list or something. But of course, Canberra is only 3h away and our market is usually cheaper!

Sydney was good. I found a nice Leitz 4-blade easel for the darkroom, courtesy of Peter K.
