CV 58 1.4 vs Hexanon 57 1.2

I'm going to buy one for my nex. This will be used to shoot portraits (except for the large-face) in low light indoors and outdoors (in the twilight, bad weather). Is there a significant difference between them. I can buy a new CV 58 for $ 450 or used Hexanon 57 for $ 600 on ebay. What should I bring?
I need to pay $ 150 more?

Not sure why you're limiting yourself to those two--as long as you're using adapted lenses, why not get a Pentax 50/1.4 for a hundred bucks? It's one of the best fast fifties ever.

I'm going to just go CV 15 + CV 28 \ 35 ... 50 would seem a little close to it.
I would like to stay as close to 85-90 EFL
