i love my M9
although it different from R-D1s (just got the M9 right after i got my R-D1s), but both of them all deliver the pictures that i really LOVE. 
so, just create another thread here for sharing my work with M9.

Same here. I also have both of them, and really like them both. Neither would be able to really replace the other. |

I find like many here, that people tend to ignore the M9 more than other cameras. I take my SLR's and people usually say, wow, what a big professional camera. With the m9, nothing.
Everyone ignored me here in the airport in San Francisco and these two people had never met.
