Argus RF Forum for Argus RF nuts. The American made Argus C-3 may be the most prolific rangefinder, with over 3 million cameras produced! While American RF nutz of the 1950's may have yearned for a Leica, Zeiss, Canon or Nikon, most of them used an Argus !

Argus interchangeable lenses - Enna vs Steinheil ?

Has any one done a lens-for-lens comparison ( by focal length ) of the lens complements for the Argus C-4 Geiss ( Enna ) and the C-44 Cintagon / Steinheil outfits ?

( The aperture in the C-44 Steinheil 35mm lens looks really intriguing when stopped-down to f:8-11... not sure if WA lenses are capable of producing bokeh, let alone at such a small aperture. )
