Number 3 is nice; kind of timelessly intimate.
Number 4 is good, but could have been great it you were sharper and tighter on the jumper, standing over to the right, a bit forward with less of the legs in shot and keeping that horrible tent-like structure out of the frame - that really distracts from a great (as much as I hate to resort to cliché) "decisive moment".

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I agree on the image with the jumper, it was a 'snatched' shot and unfortunately I didn't have the luxury of time with it.

I like your eye and sense for combinations, #4 is the best in my eyes (cannot agree with daves' criticism), the others are, as you say, a little too random for me. some more some less, but still, none of them is bad.

I've been concentrating so much on my 'Forty Foot' swimmers project that I haven't been doing much street shooting. I am moving to Toronto next month though, and will get back on the wagon again. Hopefully I'll be extremely motivated in a new city.

#4 is nice - but needs a compositional tweak with that triangle on the right getting attention it doesn't need and a tree sticking out of that lady's head.

I have to say, the tent on the right does not bother me too much. I would like to have been a little closer, but in saying that, I didn't want the image to be all about the 'jumper'. I see what you mean about 'tree head'...Ha!!
