Yasica M: stuck focusing ring

Yasica M: stuck focusing ring
Recently i found a nice Yashica M with working rangefinder and exposure meter - however the focusing is extremely hard to use; obviously the grease has become hard.

How can i open and clean the focusing mechanism?
