Oh nono, I preordered in Feb and I got a call to pick it up today!

Only two X100s came into the shop though...

Whats even more annoying is that it is a long weekend in the NT for May Day so I cant pick it up until this morning. (Tuesday)

Yesterday was another day at a great location and another with no X100!

mine died, the little shutter in the viewfinder is stuck halfway down.
Sending today to Fuji repair centre in NSW, I hope it gets fixed there and doesnt have to return to the factory.
They pretty much ruled out the possibility of a replacement over the phone, not enough cameras.

That's bad luck!

Though I suspect that any problems that this camera does suffer will mainly be associated with the finder ... new technology and all that!

Keith, I just had confirmation that my X100 from Vanbar is in and will ship tonight, might be worth a quick call to their head office in Carlton to see if there is any spares in stock.

I have order with gerry gibbs in perth, called the store today and they said no confirmation from Fuji yet..... weird how some stores in perth have it already but they don't know anything.

Mine arrived yesterday, dug wife back up.

Here are the first few pics, please remember I am not a great photographer like most on here, havent used a manual camera for 20 years since I had a Nikomat.
