Probably the worst example of copyright infringement in history, well, maybe some red chinese priracy. But the worst photographic infringement. I think Korda died but his family should still have the copyrights. Or am I not correct?

Interesting stuff. Seems Fitzpatrick would hold copyright to the image based on the photo (link) and Korda (or his estate) would hold copyright in the original photograph (link).

I wonder how Campbell Soup and Best Foods Mayo handled Andy Warhol (or if they even tried)? Slightly different, but similar.
