Contax G 28/2.8 M mount vs Leica 28/2.8 Current

I'm curious to hear from anyone who has the Contax G 28/2.8 converted to M mount and has or has had a current version of Leica 28/2.8 lens. How do these two lenses compare? I have the Contax G but have never had a chance to try the Leica. I've considered having my lens converted to M mount by MS Optical, but I see they have some ( one? ) already converted and ready to buy. I'd like to know how it compares to Leica's current version before I buy the Contax version.
