OK, we will post our one roll, one camera, taken from a vehicle photos here. Only post your best four here and a link to the rest if you want to post them in a gallery.
I will see if Joe will make this a sticky.

I don't tend to take too many photos from out of my vehicle. Am I missing something?

XA2, Tri-X @ 800 in Diafine (because it wont go to 1250). The last shot breaks all the rules, digicam shot the week before the contest, more than four, etc... but it was so odd to see it going down the road that I had to paste a pic. I once saw a VW New Beetle going down the road painted in black and white with a "Whale Tail" spoiler and a dorsal fin, with a license plate that made it obvious it was owned by Sea World. (Shamu 3 or something like that, plus the other advertising was a bit more than the average "wrap"). And I do mean Whale Tail as in Orca and not "i put this crap on my car to make it look faster".

I know it's an XA2, but I would've shot the GSN in the same way, most things you could shoot from the car will be at least 20 ft away.)

Well, I guess you just post them here.

This is probably the only entry I'll make. It's of a very nasty cloud formation, which I saw on the way back from work. I actually got off the expressway and did a turn-around on the local street to catch this. There was really no place to park to see it. It was a total slop-shot made while driving. This is the best of the 3 frames I took quickly. I really couldn't stop to compose or anything ...

NC. Yikes I didn't realize I uploaded the large versions. Sorry. I usually try to keep it below 800x800 for uploads. I keep meaning to post a picture of the cows whenever someone starts a "street photography" thread.

Here are my four and a link to the rest of the good ones from the roll. I was surprised at how many things I found in my everyday travels. Of course it is not unusual fo me to drive 100 miles a day. I tried to keep it diverse. I am going to do it again with the new Konica.
I used my Canon QL 17 GIII and C-41 B&W and various filters

Hi Rick

one question. Do I have to be 'moving' when I take these shots or can they be taken while stopped in the vehicle?

Just wondered 'cause I might rear end some one in downtown Toronto traffic if I try to take shots while I'm moving.

preferably stopped. The only requirement is it be taken from in/on the vehicle

Well, finished a roll with my XA on our trip to Hungary - mostly from the moving car, so I hope at least a few will turn out. I used 800 ASA color neg film, to get faster shutter speeds, gotta drop it off for developing tomorrow....

Actually it was the old cow who was driving when she cut me off just as were both turning off the highway. The dog was much cuter.

Here's 3 shots from the car, taken with my Oly XA. So easy to carry all the time, any other camera would be in a bag out of reach.

Can anyone identify the car in the first shot? We get virtually no US cars in Ireland so I have no idea.

Nick, looks like an old Ford Thunderbird to me.. early 60's, but I'm not sure exactly what year. You can tell by the big T-bird emblem right in the center. Nice!

I like the rainy night shot, though it looks like you're about to crash, what not being able to see out the windshield and driving on the wrong side of the road and all.

I actually reversed one of mine since I was the first poster, I didnt want it to look like I took it while driving, so I did a horizontal flip and it looks like it's out the passenger window. Now that everybody is doing it, I guess it's ok.
