What are you up to today?

Hello, is anyone going out to take photos today? I am going out with my son Matteo (7 months). We have a warm sunny day here (10°C!!) and I am going out with my Pentacon Six and a Carl Zeiss Jena DDR MC Flektogon lens with a yellow filter. I have no 35mm film for my Contax IIIa so I will try some landscapes today. Is anyone planning a photo trip too? I expect to develop photos tonight, so if you are doing the same feel free to share your sunday photos here :-)

I went out yesterday, shot half a roll - it was -4C, today the high is expected to be -8C
there is a reason you don't see much great winter street photography - it's damn cold out there, not too many people out there, the metal cameras suck the remaining warmth out of your hands, etc...
I may try again today - this time with ski pants and chemical hand warmers added

I finally went for a walk around 3 villages and 7km with the baby and the Psix. I still need to take 6 photos before I develop the roll, hopefully by the end of next week

Preparing for the start of the semester today. I'll likely get some time in for a little bit of shooting downtown.

Went with Carol the GF to her fathers 80th birthday ... where various family members congregated to make the day special for him because his health is poor and he may not see 81.

Took the OM-2 with 50mm and 85mm lenses and Neopan 400 to capture some images for the family ... it felt good to do something like this. These sorts of occasions make me glad I'm a photographer.

Well after the theater yesterday evening I was able to develop an old roll of fomapan 100, I hope to scan it tonight, after shipping a Contax III with two lenses to a fellow RFF member and friend on the other side of the world

This surely feels good, I can relate that photos are a living memory of our lives and families, I wish I could take a few B&W photos of my grandfather when I was in Sicily in 2006. I did of my grandma, but somehow didn't found a good occasion to take some shots of the grandpa. He left this world about half a year ago at 94, so that's quite a pity I couldn't see him before he passed away.

I hope you've had an excellent time with your loved ones

No shooting today- it was -12°F this morning and has 'warmed up' to about 0. Been there plenty of times, I don't need to go back.

Here are a couple photos... I found an old roll of Fomapan 100, I am 100% sure this roll went through my Flexaret IIIa TLR.

Fomapan 100, Ilfotec LC29 1+19, 6.5 minutes.

I promised the wife I would do the fall cleaning in the master bedroom the first free day we had. It's mid January and this was our first free day.
Move the bed, vac the corners, do the windows etc.
Now a few aspirin and a nap.

No so quick with the nap, brother! While you've got your apron on, you are welcome to pop around and do a bit here

After taking the dogs out for our afternoon walk its 'camera time' !
Have a Bessa R that doesn't focus at infinity with any of the lenses I have tried.
So out will come the screwdrivers and the eyeglass and I intend to try to adjust that middle scew - found instructions on the net!

Well I combined getting bread with taking some photos first thing, but did not finish the roll. Got some empty film cans from a parasite corp, my wife took the films onto a independent to process (corporations get as little as poss). Im trying to spend my first day oxycontin free, its been a hard month of withdrawal.
