Thanks! I've been so pleased with this camera, though, I am really considering a 617 still.

Some shots from the first roll through my new XPan with 45mm lens, which happened to arrive the day before a friend's wedding:

How was the cruise? I did a very similar one years ago and had a good time. I love the shots.

All of the following shots were on my P614 with a 58mm Super Angulon and Provia 100f

In theory there should have been plenty of opportunities to take some great pictures, but travelling with a big family group (20+ adults and kids) wasn't ideal. Took about 20 rolls of film and 2 cameras (widelux and Mamiya 7) ended up shooting 3 rolls on the widelux (Tmax400, Portra400 and Cinestill50) and 1 on the Mamiya 7(Cinestill800). Of course I took 500+ on the iPhone!

Read your blog about the paddling trip. Some nice pics with the provia100f. I didn't have much luck with any of the Fuji slide films over the years.

I need to stay way way far away from this thread. Otherwise I'm going to be far too tempted.

It's an expensive initial investment, lol. SO worth it. I buy and sell a lot of my stuff. My TX-2 is never leaving me. Unless of course Fuji decides to make a digital version, lol.
