redefining the X100 RAW button -- YES!

I'm a former X100 owner having bought one early in the product life cycle.

I'm a former X-Pro1 owner after also being an early adopter.

Sold the X100 when getting the X-Pro1. Traded/sold the X-Pro1 kit when I decided it was still too digital for my taste and after deciding its AF was just too unpredictable. Manual focus is useless. Another straw was the requirement to upgrade to PS CS6 in order to get Camera RAW support.

I purchased a black limited edition X100 as a M9 backup after considering a discarding Panasonic, Olympus, and Sony options. Not a hard choice to be honest.

Lo and behold, I noticed that once again Fuji has proven that it listens to its customers.

The useless RAW button is now actually a Fn button!! I redefined it to turn the ND filter on and off.

I installed firmware v1.30 but don't know when this terrific enhancement was actually released.

Thank you, Fuji.

You dont need to upgrade to CS6 for Camera Raw support. You just need to update camera raw, which is a free update if you already have photoshop.
