Streets of Old San Juan

While on a recent work trip to the island of Puerto Rico, I had decided not to take my camera gear thinking that I would have no leisure time for taking photographs. I was bummed when the opportunity presented itself to wander around the old city of San Juan. I made do with the camera in my iPhone 4 and was quite surprised by the results. I imported the images into Aperture, did some PP and put them together in a Blurb book:

I love the colors of these images and printed three of them at 6x9 on my Epson R3000 and they are now hanging in my hallway "gallery" at home.

Nice book! Funny you're from St Paul--I'm in the Twin Cities too

A double whammy for me. I like the book very much, and that they were shot on a phone. But it was memory lane for me, because I spent two summers in San Juan in '65 and '69. I worked out on Isla Verde, but I loved Old San Juan as well. Good times! Thanks for posting!
