Don't agree. I'd rather have a camera that carries on working without batteries. But this is a subject that has been debated infinitely. More depends on your personality and your world picture than on the camera.

For me, I like not having to meter with an external meter. I also find those hot shoe-mounted meters bulky and annoying. Finally, I worry about the electronics inside the M7; I suspect they will go out long before I wear out the M7 body, and then I'll wonder why I didn't just get a Zeiss Ikon and save some money...
