DPReview have put up X-Pro1 RAWs converted with a new beta of Adobe Camera Raw, so I'm sure it's coming to both ACR and Lightroom.

If you use a Mac and look around online, there is a beta of Raw Photo Processor available that can handle the RAW files from the X-Pro1. I haven't tried it yet but intend to sometime soon (maybe this evening) just to see if it's any good. It certainly can't be any worse than Silky Pix imho as long as the interface is better.
