DAG doesn't have them anymore, neither leica. I sent a request to kanto camera but for some reason, gmail told me there was an error... Do I just have to wait for a crappy un-useable lens to pop up?

I'm having same problem with my SA 21/4. Don and Youxin are both out. Youxin recommended a guy in Japan who machines small parts but I don't think he'll be making any. That guy referred me to someone on eBay but that person never replied to my inquiry.

Last I checked a few years ago, Sherry K. said she had plenty of them. Other than that, buy a lens for parts. If you're talking about the lock, which I think you are, many of them are removed because that style is a real pain to work with, especially for fast focusing if you care about such things.
