Horseman SW612 - 45mm or 55mm?

I am targeting a SW612 (non-shift) - maybe not quickly but when the right deal floats by.

Does anyone have any experience with the 45 or 55 APO Grandagons?

I can't figure out which of these would be better for architecture - I have a 50mm on my Fuji 6x9 and a 58mm SA on my Silvestri. But the 58mm has shift, which makes up a little for its narrower angle of view.

Thanks!

According to the Ebony Lens Table list:

http://www.ebonycamera.com/articles/lenses.html

The Schneider 47mm XL has a much larger image circle than the Rodenstock 45 or 55. But you may have other reasons for wanting the Rodenstocks.

I wasn't aware that the SW612 allowed for shifting. How much movement will it allow?

JChrome, the basic model (what I am shopping) is smaller, lighter, and has no shift, so a 45mm lens with barely enough coverage for 6x12 would work. On the SW612 Pro (shift model), I'd definitely go for the 47 XL (or just a longer lens). But the 47xl alone for Horseman costs double what a camera plus 45 costs.

I have a Graflex XLSW with a Schneider 47/8. Old, but it gives me very nice looking images.
