I have a Ia and IIa. I purchased the Ia in 1967 as a college freshman. Since then many SLRs have come and gone but the little Retinas especially the IIa keep soldering on. I have owned Minolta, Nikon (film and digital) and Canon SLRs and none of them had lens that would surpass the Retina glass. The Retinas will be passed on to my grandchildren!
