Your guess is good as mine  . Really not sure where we were between New Mexico and the SF bay area when I saw this.
I thought the little island in middle of lake is smaller.
I was sitting in the middle seat in coach, my wife was in the window seat when I noticed the shot... I just puts the x100 against the window and prayed. Just before that I was reading a book and I just happened to glance and saw the shot.. Just got plain lucky.
