Overall, very pleased with these.
Thanks Chris for the "Reset"

Those are a lot better. Try reducing the agitation to the first 30 seconds, then just 2 inversions every 30 seconds, it'll give less grain and a bit less contrast. Agitating 15 seconds per minute is a lot, especially for a grainy developer like Rodinal. These are way better than the first ones you posted...you're on the right track

I like the gritty look to them, the pumpkins look especially cool.

I just stopped by Freestyle today to pick up some Arista Premium 400 and, to my dismay, an employee confirmed that Freestyle will not be receiving any more film from the "company that shall remain nameless" (Kodak) to rebrand as Arista Premium.

Though, this same employee also confirmed they have well over 100,000 rolls of the stuff and, based on their sales this year, he estimated it would last a few more years.

At the current price of $2.89 for a 36 exposure roll, I'll be very sad to see this go.

From a couple rolls I developed not too long ago. HC110, 1:31, pushed to 1600. With the price just under $3 a roll, it will be a sad day indeed if it were to be discontinued.
Edit: I should also mention that I've always been warned of excessive curling and the issue of purple tint in negatives however I've yet to see any of this happen. Film comes out of the tank pretty clean and the negatives are straight when I cut them after drying. Just lucky or what?

i've had much the same experience as you. hang em with a weight and they come out straight after drying. if they aren't fixed enough I find them a little purple..

Yeah I just have 2 small stainless steel clips that I use per roll of film and it seems to do the job pretty well. As for fixing time, I generally tend to fix for a long period of time (~8-10 minutes) and rinse using the Ilford method. No issues so far though I'm a little worried about when I should be replacing my fixer... My tank holds 2 rolls at a time and I've reused 1 liter of fixer for about 4 sessions now.

I usually like the AP400 pushed to 1600 its quite nice in Rodinal 1+100 for 1.5Hours. This is from my last roll shot at 320 then developed in Rodinal 1+75 for 18min at 20 Deg.
