Cool Exploring in camera B&W

This was the best of bunch from a little experimenting last night. Prompted by Bill Pierce's discussion of B&W digital. Click the small image for a larger version.

Looking at the best MM pics thread I was feeling a little jealous. I could have a. ordered an MM, b. posted claiming it was from an MM, c. posted a "look this is just as good and only cost me $xx". But I quickly got over all that nonsense, and I fiddled with a few of mine in LR4 and looked up this thread. All from Melbourne, ZM 21 f4.5, CV 25 f4, ZM 21 f4.5 on an M9:

Yeah, Jimmy has a great rig and uses it to good effect, too. Here it is on my car:

Some pictures form a recent visit to the Tate Modern. All taken on my lovely beast, the Lumix L1 with an incredible lens, the Takumar 28 (cropped to roughly 50 on a 4/3 sensor). This camera paired with this lens feels like a classic.

As a comparison, same location but at different times: top is HP5+, bottom is Nex 5n & DxO Labs Filmpack 3
