December Decisive Challenge Dates- Poll

Please vote for the weekend you would prefer.

Starting to plan early for the Winter Decisive Challenge 2012. Being in the dead of winter in the Northern Hemisphere we should have a nice fresh feel to many of the entries.

In response to some excellent suggestions from participants we are thinking of expanding the format to include an entire weekend of shooting rather than just a single day. This will allow some people who work on one day or another to participate.

Given it will be the "Holiday Season" in many countries and for many families please let me know which weekend days you'd prefer.

Sorry I didn't get to participate in the last one. Sunday's in my town is almost empty except Walmart & I wasn't about to go there.

I like your idea of shooting over a period of a couple of days.

Kent, I picked the 15th/16th weekend... shopping frenzy in Union Square should be peaking then, providing excellent photo opportunities. :-)

I'm sure I can sort something whatever the dates . Everybody's favourite so far the 15/16th I have a family party so the week before after would be better

That was my thought as well Jamie. No matter where you live it should be a fascinating time.

Not sure what the decisive challenge is (like recording a decisive moment?) Sorry, I always miss the meeting...

Sounds good, I am in on any date, but prefer the 8th/9th.

Hi Randy. It's more or less a street shooting challenge where all entries are from a specific time period, a little homage to HCB in the title.

Looks as the 15-16th might win out. Either weekend is ok with me sinse I have weekends off. I will be shooting on a Saturday

Most street shots tend to but not necessarily.

I saw there was a vote on this poll tonight. The voting has been closed for some time and the dates for the Decisive Challenge Winter Edition 2012 are December 15th and 16th.
