Already posted, I know. But I like these three the most:

Love the juxtapose in this model shot of Alicia from Uncle Bill:

Keith is really on roll these days, not putting a foot wrong here either in this shot of the Castlehome tree house:

And lastly this one from TigherPhil, Country Living '12:

And thanks to Phil for the mention

Many thanks to Todd, Mark, Jim, Rob and Lynn for choosing one of my pictures this week. I've been away for most of the last two weeks and only got to the gallery right at the end of last week. This thread shows what excellent material is being made by RFF members - I'm happy to be part of it.

i think this week was about soft photos for me

print44. pretty color, nice composition. great lines around the girl, cool mystery figures in the background (in fact, all around - who even goes to the beach on a day like that?), great hair swirls.

print44 - can't take my eyes off the figure, delicious tonality.

photonytexas - very clever, very well balanced throughout. arresting face.

elanino - what eyes. very intimate, very immediate.

nzeeman - big splash of orange on blue background. lines over circles. what i really like is her posture under the shawl. she's tense, poised maybe to do something. lots of energy, barely hidden.

chambrenoire - tremendous light and detail. unusual expression. nice pose.

mudride - all mischief and invitation. superb moment.

xavi - my photo of the week. so evocative. havana is kind of cheating for photographers. this is wonderfully balanced and the light in the background isn't anything i've seen before.

now for the less soft

direwolf101 - i love this cat.

mackinaw - fantastic matrix bokeh, unexpected expression on her face, perfect focus.

kiev ilegalac - very tender moment. i don't know how you get close enough to this without messing it up. congratulations. also, the ghostly image of the mother kind of makes the whole thing

kiev ilegalac - instant narrative, love the arm over the face and the angles with the legs. the heads under her legs and the waterline at her waist . perfect.

tuna - this is the new york i know. very powerful.

Sexy!

At first I thought I was looking at bare legs. Fantastic composition.
