Love the mail! Though Martha my deliverer is amused at the traffic in square boxes that arrive weekly, it seems.

Awaiting a Bessa RF / uncoated Tessar / scale focus from Certo6. And an MR4 meter from Precision. I now have unregulated access to an Epson 3800 and shooting 6x9 to print @16x20 is dictating what / how I'm looking to shoot.

Thanks Michiel! It's beautiful, just as you described it in the auction. Loading it up now ... It's been about 14 years since I had my last CL. Still love the littlest M. :-)

I left feedback for you this morning.

thanks again
G

"in the mail" may imply Hurricane Isaac for Louisiana and parts of Floida. Hopefully, there will be not much "in the mail" for us.

A UC-Hexanon 35/2 LTM is on its way - I am very curious, how this turns out - having too many 35mm lenses, that are not perfectly, how I want it to look.

People say, it looks similar to the W-Nikkor, so this is a try out of two in one of the lenses, I didn't try yet ;-)

I decided to spend a hundred bucks and pick up a few inexpensive pieces. I am waiting on a Minolta Maxxum 7000 AF with case, a AF 50mm 1.7, both the camera and 50mm have crossed xx's. Also a 35-70mm f/4 with the caps and hood. An AF 35-80mm F/4-5.6 shutter cap that reviews say is a throwaway; I will have to test it and see. Now that I will have some auto focus Minolta gear, I will slowly make my way into the Sony Alpha DSLR scene.

Scanning my first roll of film with the CL now. The negs look wonderful, as expected.

A Balda Baldix is on the way here. Gosh, too many cameras!
