I would LOVE to try that lens out

Here's my F3, just got it recently, I've only got the 50 right now but I hope to add a 28 and 105 in the future.

If you do why do show only Medium formats and a rangefinder?

I think the Pentax SV is a fine looking SLR.

Here's my battle proven warrior that I've had for a while and finally decided to take it for a spin. This is a rather large SLR with ergonomics that fit me well - I'm really digging the location of the shutter speed dial.

If anyone has a black one that they don't need, let me know!

It was my Dad's camera, but since he hasn't used it in a decade, it is mine now. Complete with 1970s strap. Coming from digital, that view finder is bloody amazing.

I have to admit that after a long time with big Nikon DSLRs I was surprised that my Contax 139 + 50/1.7 is lighter and almost as compact as my Hexar RF + 50/2

The lens handles nicely though. Focus is dry (no one has serviced the lens since it was made) but I keep it at infinity most of the so I don't mind.

Without filters: no vignetting in any direction with 11mm shift.

With thin filter: At 7mm shift positions one corner vignettes, at 8mm horizontal shift positions 2 corners vignette.

With thicker filter, like polarizer: more vignetting in same places,

Didn't see vignetting with vertical shift even with my thick polarizer.

No idea about sharpness, but hopefully it is OK @ f11-f16. The lens would be kind of pointless otherwise

a design classic indeed. still the camera bodies of modern dslrs base somehow on the concept of the T90.

I always thought the T90 looked a little like Darth Vader's helmet.

Rittreck 66. They sold the design to Norita, who made it only in black on brass. I love the look of old chrome cameras. I was suffering a bit with m43 lack of shallow depth of field (without getting right up against the subject) and though this would be good medicine. Also, I was tired of that "tiny, silent and unobtrusive" thing. This camera is big, loud and in your face.

The gordy strap gives it that playful, sultry look. The wrapped film suggests potential. I'm being facetious here, don't flame me.

No place is boring, if you've had a good night's sleep and have a pocket full of unexposed film. ~Robert Adams, Darkroom & Creative Camera Techniques, May 1995 (I suppose that should now read: "and have a full battery and an empty memory card." Though that sounds so dull.
