Jamie, I must've been asleep at the wheel, all you need is some sheets of thin art-quality cardboard, cut into album-page size rectangles. Then cut a window hole in pairs of pages, about 4mm smaller than the postcard, and sandwich the postcard in the middle (held there by the 2mm on all sides, perhaps using a bit of tacky adhesive). Once the postcard is positioned, glue the two cardboard halves together with the postcard trapped in the window. (Remember the album will need 120 sheets so the cardboard can't be too thick - perhaps 300gsm).

Make allowance for extra room along one vertical side to permit mounting screws.

I think that might work. Fair bit of work, though. Maybe there's a ready-made solution.
Lynn,
I think I've found a pretty nice solution. I bought a nice 12-in. by 12-in. album in a crafts store. The plastic sleeves are one large 12x12 pocket. I think I can arrange 6 postcards in each pocket so that I can see both front and back of the card. I'll have to use a little spot of transparent tape to keep the cards from sliding around in the pocket, but I don't envision that will be a problem. I'll post a picture of the album soon.

Might be an issue!

I posted all my cards as a batch about three weeks ago.
I've heard from a couple of guys that theirs haven't arrived yet.
So, if you wouldn't mind checking to see if my 'trees' have arrived, I would be grateful.
Please let me know if the card hasn't come because I do have spares.
If you want to give the post another week or so, that's fine by me, but let me know so that you get as full a set of cards as possible.

I'm up to 33 cards - what a great diverse collection!
Thanks guys.

jesse

When I read this I thought "Huh, mail delivery on a Sunday?" then I saw your location (Oz) -- it's already Monday where you are at.

The sun never sets as far as this project is concerned.

wow! too many to count, as I just picked up a week or so of mail, but I'm probably up to around 40 too. A ton of very nice ones.

Lots of color ones. A few with postmark / stamp wavy lines on the images side, but most are in exc. condition.

Very creative stamp from Randy! Interesting to note that Canadian's can send postcards to the US with a US .32 cent stamp! Love the Miles stamp, and Alaska story! Romania 5x7 damn! Now I need a new album solution

All great cards, intersting change indirection from initially lots of b/w to a lot of color ones. Great stuff!

. . . . . I thought that was odd myself, then a close look at the post mark and I could make out the word 'Maine' . . . . . a drive across the boarder and the cost dropped dramatically!

Nice to get an 'Aloha' from New Brunswick!

I got a returned card I mailed to Elvin Lubis in Baltimore. My bad I transposed the zip code. Will mail a replacement tomorrow Elvin.

Got cards today from Stephan in Germany (not sure what "krotenblender" is but would like to find out), Floyd in the UK (very nice foggy sunrise), John in Georgia with a Escher-like view of Atlanta, Greg with a nice bridgescape of Sydney, and wonderfully compelling portait from Ken in Canada. I'm at 40 even. OC

Had Moo ship the cards to a mail receiving service in Maine - a *lot* faster than to Canada - and mailed the cards from Maine - at a significantly reduced postage cost!
