Yashica 35 GSN noise

Could someone tell me if the noise I describe in the following words is normal for the Yashica 35 GSN? When I do a film winding and click it, the camera works normally releasing the shutter. But when I do the film winding again and I start to move it, something inside the camera seems to snap half way and it sounds just like a release. If I go all the way with the film winding, I can do it normally. I removed the top cover and I can see that this noise is coming from the “axile for the release” that is moved upwards during the beginning of the film winding. I think this noise is very strange.

Thank all
cralx
