Zeiss Super Ikontas and Arca-Swiss type tripod plates?

Hi folks,
I have a Super Ikonta BX and C. Sometimes I would like to use the camera on my tripod for long exposures. I have converted my tripods to the Arca Swiss style clamps, and I have the quick release plates on my cameras. I've tried a Wimberley camera plate on the Super Ikontas, but the slight anti-twist ledge may interfere with the lens opening, and the pressure of the plate prevents the back from opening if you wish to change film.

So far I haven't found any QR plate that would seem to work. Really Right Stuff have a "slim" QR plate that is meant for slim point and shoot digital cameras. Has anyone tried this?

If anyone has successfully adapted their folder to the A-S quick release system, please let me know how you did it.

Thanks.
