Alpe d'Huez in the snow

here's one for all the cyclists on the forum.
Alpe d'Huez taken from approx 29000 ft if I remember correctly. Banked it over a little to get a better view but don't tell the passengers! This is the second of this shot. The first one I took in summer of 2006. This was taken this past week and you can see the switchbacks in the road as it climbs up the hill. Probably be a bit cold to ride it at the moment,

Nice.
The Pyrenees are amazing, I've been to both the Spanish and French sides (by car only!) and its hard to appreciate just how steep the roads are until you are on them.
The mountain stages are always my favorite part of the Tour.
Thanks for posting!

Love the Pyrenees too, because I am an Euskadi-Euskatel fan. Nice shot of the Alpe D'Huez too.
