Help needed!

Hello together.

I developed about my 10th roll of film, but for thr first time something has gone seriously wrong.
The only thing I changed, was that I used 500ml instead of 450ml developer.
Could this be the problem?

Film was tri-x and developer ddx 1:4 7min.

Please have a look at the picture.
