Retina restorer?

I haven't seen it; I'm not sure which model it is. He thinks it dates from around 1939. He says it is in poor condition, but again I have no details. He'd like it to be restored to "like new" cosmetic and functional condition. He says price is no object. (?) Is there anyone out there who specializes in these things? Recommendations appreciated... TIA, Chris
