M2 frame counter disc removal?

Now I ended up having 2 M2s, both having their flaws. I'm thinking about keeping one of them - the one with button rewind. don't ask why - I would need to exchange the frame counters on them (the one that I favour has one which is hardly recognizable).

Does anybody know how much dismantling is necessary to get the frame counter disc off?
