If it's missing a blade but the aperture is otherwise working fine -- i.e., no loose blade floating around, aperture not jammed, aperture opens and closes throughout the range -- don't worry about it. You certainly won't notice a difference in the images, and the effect on through-the-lens metering will be miniscule.
