looking for 523182, anyone have? not sure if it is a leica or nikon mount

I own 523308, it is in LTM. I read that approx 300 were made in LTM.

just noticed that the card is for the 3.5cm f:3.5 lens 523182
to bad the the serial number should be on a different card.
