Is $12k enough to buy some inspiration and talent? That's all I lack!

OK, if it's not I'll just take the Noctilux, and fake it.

I'd use the money to employ a nanny to look after my kids so that I could go out when the light is right.

$12K ?

I'd build a real darkroom, stock up, and start introducing B&W printing to our younger generation.

The look in their faces when they see their first prints would be a reward unto itself.

1. Hasselblad SWC
2. Money set aside for a good film scanner and developing cost of MF film
3. Traveling within the USA.

Start a "photography bank account" with the rest for harder times.

I still haven't worked out who is stupid enough to give me $12,000 to spend on photography.
Maybe if i saved some rich dudes life and he offered to buy me the camera of my dreams i could imagine asking for an M9.
I guess it's a bit like asking someone what they would do if the won the lottery ... did you win the lottery texchappy? are you trying to find out which of us is worthy? very sneaky

Yeah, that's the ticket, that's what I'm doing (he answered as he googled the name and image of a recent lottery winner).

Some of my friends and I have had the "what would you do if you won lotto?" discussion ... results in a lot of tall tales and wild thinking.
I always wish for an M9 and spending the days taking photos and drinking coffee in Paris with Scarlett Johansson.
Somebody slap me now !!!
