Ross Ensign Selfix 820
I have just found out how much more fun a folder is than a Fuji 690
My second film with a recently acquired folder.

I too am amazed by the quality of the pictures from these old folders. My own ZI Nettar 510/2 dates from before WWII, and was given to my mother in 1939 when she left the employ of the well known London (UK) Photographic firm, Wallace Heaton. The Camera went with her to the Bahamas in 1940 and to Canada in 1949. In 1958, it was replaced as the family 'user' by a Japanese 35mm. It sat in the closet until my parents home was sold in 2000, when I took it with me for my new camera collection. In a camera store, early in the new century, I saw some 120 film and decide to try out the old ZI. I've been using it ever since. No service, no CLA; nothing but a 60+ year old camera that still takes great pictures.
I think I'll just buy more of these things. My local toy shop (Camera Trader in Ottawa) seems to have a lot. I'll be able to give them to my grandchildren.

Goods shots Pb908. And a nice couple with your wife.
In a couple of vacations to Indonesia, I never have seen a local person carrying a real camera, let alone a vintage folder.

thanks Borghesia.
if a "real" mean film, yes, digital camera rules over the country, not many people shooting old film camera specially folder/MF, folder often found in used store for cheap price, just for decoration. lucky for me, that in the same case i got my Bessa II C-Heliar cheap enough, while the output is rocks !

It appears not to be a light leak (a light leak would be white, not black!) but rather development related. Could be air bubbles sticking to the film or foaming caused by excessive agitation or traces of wetting agent in the tank or on the reels.

Super Ikonta 530A - The gold dome at University of Notre Dame. The noon-day sun was shining directly on rightmost segment of the dome. To my eyes it was almost blinding. I was surprised at how well the lens and film (Tri-X) handled the glare.

Agfa Isolette III (Solinar), Fuji RVP 100
A good thing about the Solinar lens in the Isolette is that it is not only sharp at infinity and medium distances, but also in the close range. The Solinar lens in the bigger 6x9 Record becomes quite soft when shot at shorter distances.

Aside from the sky, the colors look like Kodachrome.
