Konica III

Hi, Can anybody help with some information on this beautifull little camera. I have looked but can't for the life of me, figure out how to change the film speed/asa. I do have the manual but it does not give that information. There doesn't seem anything obvious.....but you never know.

Film speed? On a Konica III?

There's an indicator on the carry case, but it's purely informational and only shows a limited range of speeds.

Hi, Yes I have the original case and as you say there is an indicator on the back of the case, for the asa speeds. yet nothing on the camera........or is there!!

No, and there'd be no practical purpose for a film speed dial since the camera has no meter.

You could always wedge the film box's flap into the accessory shoe.

The camera does not have a meter, so anything that might show ISO is just there as a reminder.

The lens on the Konica III is sharp, and it is a joy to take photos with such a camera. There are no electronics and there is no meter either.

Here is a shot from the first roll that I took with my III:
