Anyone from N. Vancouver that could help me with land registry questions ?

Hi,

I know it's silly to ask such things on a photo forum but this is my best bet.
Are any of you located in North Vancouver ?
I have been going through my grandfathers papers for the last few day and have found Agreements for the sale of Land and Purchase Certificates from two real estate agencies/brokers in N.Va .
I already contacted the city clerks but was given a short reply to contact some other agencies but my repeated emails were not replied to.

Do you have any idea who to contact to get current and historic ownership information or if you have an idea or suggestion on who to contact and what to do next, my grandfather was a very tidy man and judging by the papers he kept he never sold the land in question.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
