Not surprised to see yet another situation between photographers and the Police.
It is difficult to say anything new, other than that I hope this gets sorted out with some landmark case, that will set clear precedent. I'd like to be able to photograph on the street without fear of being arrested.
This line seems clear enough, but not to reassure me...

I'd be careful what you wish for... perhaps these cases will eventually lead to photographers losing some rights if these types of cases come before the wrong judge.
