Zeiss Ikon shutter wheel popped off

Hi all, my Ikon shutter dial popped off. The screw holding it in place had loosened, causing it to pop off. Anyone knows how to reassemble it? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Oh ****e.. apparently one of the plastic parts broke off. I guess i have to visit my local Voigtlander dealer to see if he has solutions.

There is a nice explanation here:
http://www.monopix.co.uk/zmadjust.shtml

BTW- if you need/decide to adjust the horizontal alignment of the rangefinder while it's open, be aware that it is very sensitive. The least little movement of the adjustment collar (the screw with two slots) will move the rangefinder patch significantly. Also, when you tighten the locking screw it tends to move the adjustment collar so you sort of have to judge how much that will move the alignment. It took me about an hour to get it right.

The trouble is that the plastic fork bit broke. I'm not sure how it broke since I don't recall applying a lot of force.
