35RC Flash Question

Is the GN lever on the lens supposed to be click-stopped? Mine isn't. I haven't tried shooting flash with it yet, so I don't know whether it's working or not. Just curious.

Mine has click stops, but you can check by setting it on different GNs and watch the diaphragm. You set the GN and then set the focus to 3.5 feet: advance and look at the aperture. Then set at infinity and see if you get a different aperture. Then try different GNs. By the way, it has to have the ring on the flash icon. If you only use one flash with the camera you can tape the slider in that place.

Thanks guys. I'll have to check and see whether mine really is working.
