Adjusted the RF in GF670.

3 SCREWS under the shoes. slot for vertical, Philips for patch focus adjustment and infinity.
you can push down the arm under the slot screw to move the patch down and turn the slot screw CCW and bring it up until it match.

I feel it is easier than RD1s and it is a better built RF.

I don't think it really depends on the age of the camera whether or not one has to adjust the RF. If the RF gets knocked out of alignment it needs adjustment. That can happen within the first week of using a camera or after twenty years.

But it's good to know that this is an easy fix. I'm soon selling mine and so far the RF's still spot on but I'll make sure to pass on the info about the adjustment to the next owner.

Are the close and infinity labelled?

wait, i am wrong, it should be finder patch focus adjustment and horizontal alignment. Which you will see the effect in viewfinder live time.

For closest focus the base length should be the other screw only can be adjust with top removed.
