Which Vitomatics have coupled RFs and 1:1 VFs?

The possible Vitomatics that fit as far as I know are: II IIa IIb IIcs IIIb IIIcs 1) Have I left any out? Some sources contend there are different versions of some of the above - for example, IIb and IIB - but that seems wrong, correct? 2) Each except the II show metering in the VF, correct? 3) All have coupled RFs (all the I versions do not), correct? 4) Some sources contend that only the b and cs versions have 1:1 VFs, others that all of the above do.
