I pre-ordered mine the moment they popped up on amazon... I believe it's mid November that they are too be expected.

Thanks, Goffer, I'm also wondering about that 24mm Zeiss lens. I just love their optics and I have always said they are the equivalent of Leica. I have used both for years.

Last I remember reading, the 24mm 1.8 is to come out a month later, in December, just before Christmas.

In Canada my pre-order direct with Sony Canada is listed as having an estimated shipping date of Nov 16. It'd be great if they're under-promising and over-deliver instead.
